Project handling and management is very important for manufacturing and supplying a quality projects as per the client need to ensure the effective management of smooth manufacturing process, delivery in time, erection and commissioning, until handing over the plant to the client. At the time of erection and commissioning of project at the client site, out site engineer use to train the clients plant operator and maintenance staff to ensure the plant is operated properly, to give the desire output & maintain the plant.

The main objective of training is at the time of any minor faults in the plant, to reduce the response time to minimum. The maintenance staff can be rectify the problem at easy without the production out put. Operation and maintenance manual as well as electrical wiring details are also hand over to the client.

We also assists to our customer to plan the right inventory of the spare parts for any project we supply.

ESKIMO also the client with P & I drawings, layout as well as foundation of machineries. The drawing and design team of ESKIMO consist highly experience, process engineers and skilled draftsman.

For every project ESKIMO send a team of dedicated site engineers, supervisor to the client site to ensure erection and commissioning of the project and smooth running of plant.

Under the erection and commissioning activities the component of the system or plant are assembled and erected at client site. The assembled plant is then commissioned by the clients operations and maintenance staff under supervision and guidance of ESKIMO engineers. Only after successful completion of installation and commissioning of the project the desired out put from the plant is checked. Once client satisfied with running of the plant & desired out put, he issue a “Certificate of Satisfactions” to our installation and commissioning team leader and then only our team leaves the clients factory site.
